This is indeed a living legend who made Busia, Western Kenya and the Continent proud.
His time at the World Bank, as a PS, as a Minister and as an MP saw the lives of thousands get transformed for the better.
Even without CDF or any devolved funds, he is credited with helping hundreds access employment, launching electrification projects, KEFINCO water projects, the founding of numerous development projects schools, dispensaries, NGOs, CBOs etc etc etc etc.
May God continue to bless this true Busian hero & grant him longer life & may the current generation learn from him and emulate his actions.
